update

ok, i've been off the wheel for a little while, trying to get my hip to not feel so ouchy. but during the interium, i was released from my jobly duties. while i am off of work, i suppose i should work out, but i am taking today as a pity day. this includes eating a lot of ice cream and watching nothing but law and order, no matter how often i've seen it.

i'll be back on the trail soon enough.
