Thank you for all of the encouraging comments on my post. i appreciate all of the advice and good wishes. after seeing my two best friends and my mom lose 100+ pounds collectively, i have a lot of inspiration. and now i have another friend who will be joining me on the weight-loss band wagon. the next few weeks won't be easy, but i'm hoping that when i am having a hard time, i'll post here and you guys will provide me with the boost i need!
